Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

1. Introduction

MIIDBA ("we", "us", "our") provides automated SQL Server health monitoring. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email address, organization, and authentication credentials.

Monitoring data: SQL Server metrics, health checks, backups, jobs, HA, and inventory-style summaries transmitted by the MIIDBA agent. If you enable query-level diagnostics, fragments or normalized text of SQL statements may be transmitted.

Usage data: dashboard interactions, log data, IP address, and device information used to operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the service; to send transactional and service-related communications; to detect and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vetted subprocessors required to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), or when required by law.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our hosted, access-controlled environment. Ingestion is gated with API keys you control and can rotate at any time. We follow standard cloud security practices, including secrets kept out of code and authenticated dashboard access.

6. Retention

Monitoring data is retained according to your plan and configuration. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
