1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MIIDBA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MIIDBA provides automated SQL Server health monitoring delivered as a hosted SaaS, including a lightweight agent and a web dashboard.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, attempting to access data not belonging to you, or interfering with normal operation.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Trial terms are described on our pricing page.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of monitoring data you transmit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
